Who we are?
Sewa Samiti was registered in the year of 1997 by the enterprising youth of Lucknow having strong social commitment and humble resources. It was registered under India’s Societies Registration Act 1860 as not-for-profit organization. As a nonprofit organization (NPO) Sewa Samiti uses surplus revenues to achieve its social service goals rather than distributing them as profit or dividends to its founder members. The society was formed by a group of individuals who have committed to render relentless service towards the welfare and development of the disadvantaged. The society is engaging itself in their lifestyle with the focus on Skill training, Health care, Environment awareness, Self-employment and Leadership training for women, and other such socio – economic activity like Total sanitation, Rural women education, Mother and child care services and etc. The main objective of Sewa Samiti is to serve the people in extreme need with no discrimination of caste, class or creed across the state of Uttarpradesh.

To uplift the socio-economic development of the downtrodden and underprivileged people in the states of Uttar Pradesh & Uttaranchal with special stress on education, health, awareness generation, income generation through women self-help-groups, care of needy children & elderly persons in distress and empowerment of rural and urban poor men & women.
1. To develop the rural poor living in the under developed areas and slums and for their family welfare.
2. To introduce population controlling schemes.
3. To introduce education camps to remove illiteracy.
4. To establish fee medical facilities and camps.
5. To provide vaccination to the kids in slum areas with the help of concerned govt. departments.
6. To provide awareness on the natural healthy environment, living conditions and the problems of air and water pollution.
7. To develop the awareness of harmony and brotherhood among the children and elders.
